Supporting leaders and aspiring leaders for leadership in religious education

This dataset consists of open-ended in-depth qualitative questionnaires with leaders and aspiring leaders in the school context.

For the purpose of this project leaders were defined as holding the appointment of: Director of Religious Education, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Co-ordinator of Religious Education, Deputy of Faith and Mission and Director of Faith and Mission.

Aspiring leaders were defined by their enrolment in a Masters of Religious Education, within which teachers had chosen to undertake leadership electives and aspired to the aforementioned appointments.
