Abstract

The article focuses on solving the world complexity. It is stated that coaching based on simple ideas of cause and effect are inadequate in solving world complexity. It is included that complexity science and its metaphors has changes the way of viewing natural and human system and also suggested that people should have to be comfortable with uncertainty in complexity.
